President Clinton's Heart Surgery
Former President Bill Clinton has been diagnosed with a blocked heart artery and requires multiple heart bypass surgery. Hillary noted that thanks to their health care plan, Bill got the tests, diagnoses and will get the heart bypass surgery that he requires.
What Hillary Clinton left out of her statement was that their excellent health plan is paid in full by us the taxpayers. Neither Bill nor Hillary pay a dime for any of their tests, diagnoses or surgery. In fact, not only former and present president's families get the most generous health plan possible, but so does every member of Congress - all at the taxpayer's expense. I doubt the average taxpayer could even buy, much less afford, a health plan like the federal government provides, free of charge for life!
Perhaps if Senator Hillary Clinton spent a little more time passing a national health plan for us lowly taxpayers, maybe we also could be as lucky as she and Bill when it comes to health insurance.
